Brian has been in the insurance industry since 1998 when he started Hannigan Insurance Agency with his partner and father Marty Hannigan. Realizing that more and more people were looking for a faster and easier way to get Auto Insurance quotes, he launched RateElert.com in 2008 which was roughly based on a Lending Tree model. RateElert.com matched online quotes with insurance providers.
